Shopping websites take the products from the local sellers and connect them with us!
I am going to discuss the flipkart strategy . How the earn by Fooling us!
Flipkart before a year was a very good site to shop it had genuine prices but it was just to attract people to Flipkart and be handy with it!
After that Flipkart have now the Shopping ONLY ON APP Policy through which they will grow the app users and by this Flipkart is able to have Push notifications of offers .
Now Push Notification will have the offer that you have searched on Flipkart recently and not Purchased it!
By this strategy it keeps continous push notifications daily so that the person thinks that there is an offer for this product which he searched for . but actually there's no offer on that products instead it trolls with us!
So to prevent us from such offers just check the products price on other sites such has snapdeal and amazon!
also you see that there s 60% 80% off on products but it is not soo
60-80% off is on the Maximum selling price(MRP) not on the selling price!
always selling price is less than MRP and Shopping site focuses only on Selling price not on MRP!
