Hello guys. Today I will give few tips about doing purchaces online and what all should we be aware of during online shopping. I started doing online shopping around 3 years ago and for past 1 year I have been doing onling shoping actively.
First and foremost thing we should make sure is that the site you are planning to purchace any product is a genuine and trustable one. From my experience, few of the sites I trust are Amazon, Flipkart, snapdeal. And ocationally had done one purchace each both in myntra and jabong. From my whole 3 years of experience I didn't have any serious issues with online shopping from the above mentiones sites. Though once or twice I got issues like a mobile ( asus zenfone 2 laser) I got was defective one, but got it replaced, And once recieved a brocken tempered glass and that too got replaced.
Next thing to be aware of is about when/which time of the year are the products available at the lowest price in these sites. Thses are during the festive sales in both amazon and flipkart and mostly at the same time in both these sites. One is during month of , next during pooja holidays( navami) , dipawali and at christmas. During these times the products are available at lower cost/ discount and also there will be offers for purchacing with specified Atm cards. Also not to mention is the 20% discount upto 200 in Flipkart using PhonePe wallet.
Another important thing to check while purchacing any product is the product rating and reviews. Always check the reviews before any purchace. Try to purchase those products that have 4 star or above rating and atleast 100 ratings. And in the reviews one thing to note is that the negative review need not be always about the product. Some people may give negative reviews for the amazon delivary and customer service in the product review.
Another thing to must be aware of is the delivary type and timing. Amazon can deliver to almost all areas be it town or a village due to india post delivary system. While Flipkart would deliver only in town areas. They do not have india post delivary service.
And one must be aware of the price of the common items in the local stores to to compare whether online purchace will be of any benifit or not.
