If you want to change your existing bad network into other new network without changing your number.

I recentlt ported my reliance number to airtel.

You can do it very easily just follow these steps

  1. You need to have a active sim card. Send PORT to 1900

You will recieve a UPC( unique porting code) keep this code and dont tell it to anyone.

  1. Visit store of Telecom network you want to port on( airtel, vodafone, jio, idea etc) and tell them to port your number.

  2. Provide them with your ID proof photocopy and a passport size photo

  3. Show them your UPC.

  4. You will recieve a SMS that your porting request has been submitted.

  5. They will give you new SIM card. The old one will be out of service and new one will be activated within 7 days.

IMPORTANT: dont forget to copy your contacts from old sim because contacts are not transferred.

Thanks for reading may this helps you
