My several attempt to contact Mr Lalu Prasad Yadav, or the Railboard secretaries , board directors, Safety Director or even GGM went futile and I have even send an MS Power point presentation on Railway coach condition and safety related issues, but till date nothing had happened as its not reached top none. The mail ID’s mentioned in Railway Website is not functional and its dummy
Therefore, down the line, these officers are also saving their ... for sure.

During the month of february’2008, while on my visit to Mumbai by Train No: 2934, I have experienced the same and in reply to my complaint
I have received letter from
Mr S S Jagannathan, Joint General Manager
for RD/IRCTC/SZ.
Letter dated 29 th February’2008 , Ref No: IRCTC/ZO/Comp/517/08 informing that the matter being forwarded to the Group General Manager of West Zone, Mumbai.
In this regard, I have received another letter from
Mr Noel Stephens, JGM/IRCTC/WZ,
informing that corrective action being initiated against the contractor and contractor representative visited my residence requesting to withdraw the complaint. But still the contractor is over charging and IRCTC is not heeding to passenger complaints, but for safer side, to make feel good about them in line with Mr L P Yadav success story of Indian Railways, draft a nice letter and forward to complainant to keep his/her mouth shut.
