Here's how complaints in Hero Honda are handled/works,
You complain to service station/Dealer, if they don't act,
Escalate to the regional office via e-mail complaint,
> Provide all details like dealer name, supervisor name
> Nature of complaint
> What you expect
> Your contact number
> To know the correct email id go to https://herohonda.com/contact_add_registered.htm
> If you are in regional centre area, meet the customtakeouter care head of regional office in person.
Normally things will work out if you follow above steps, make sure you have all papers etc to prove the service is faulty.

Here you can complaint on even regional centre/official if you are not satified. You need to fill up all fields of information.
- If you feel Hero Honda still has not addressed you, you need to take legally, for that you need to have sufficient documents and proofs, you can complaint at Consumer Court with or without lawyers' help.
Service centres/Dealers as usual will be slow in response. The only way is to complain using regional office email ID or hero Honda official website'query link'.
