Mouthshut surely has gained lots of popularity in the recent times and I am proud to be a part of it. Many people are coming to put up their views about the products they have experienced and thus help people, however I don't know how many turn up to get helped in making a decision by checking the reviews. Well, I do.
But with passage of time, the quality of reviews has degraded. Not all users are sharing reviews that can help others. Searching for good reviews has become time consuming. Everyone just wants earning money by writing anything.
Users should realise, mouthshut is a platform to help. Help and get helped in return.
And about mouthshut support, they do reply to mails but guys need to reduce the time taken and yes, please set up a Telephonic Support. Rest, you are doing a wonderful job there.:)
