Work life balance is imaginary word here because almost everyone should be available or ready to work in night shift without any monitory benefits and transport facilities. Employees are fired immediately without any notice with the reason “Poor Performance” when they are not required in project .
Release from project Food is chargeable even though you are not having in office Salary is competitive but with hidden deductions like food expense Rs.1000 and parking charges (Rs. 200 Bike + 600 Car) common for all the employees.
The notable thing here is there is no parking space. Employees are parking their cars on the road dont have good projects except 1 or 2. Job Security is zero here. Very bad work culture No much benefit except food Mgmt & Admin people are treating to employee as slaves Layoff starts when you not in the project
