Not provid the aprvd map and completion certificat

Review on Gaursons Siddhartham, Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad

I am buying a flat in resale in Gaur heights vaishali sector4 ghaziabad in resale, the seller asked this builder to provide approved map or completion certificate, but the builder didn't provide these documents.

Note: these certificates are very important without it you will not get loan from any govt Bank. Also your property would not b considered legal.

So before buying any flat always ask for these documents.
