It is situated in dampier nagar mathura, I had stay in this hotel for one room night and I got worst room with lots of
mosquitoes .
Room Quality
Room quality was very very pathetic just because of bad cleaning of the rooms and dirty linen was there and lots of mosquitoes were there.
Guest Service
Guest service of this hotel was very pathetic because I complained for the bed linen in the room, no one came to rectify my problem.
Food And Presentation
I did not eat the food at here but I heard from the other guest about the food and they were told to me that food was pathetic.
Ambience
Ambience of this hotel was not good, it was looking good from outside but inside it was very dirty , rooms was pathetic and service was also pathetic.
Value For Money
I had stay at here for one room night and I booked a.c deluxe room by spending Rs 999 through the clear trip and I realised that this hotel is not good value for money due to the worst quality of its rooms and services, I felt that my money went to the duatbin.
