As we all know that online shopping is now a very big market and all of us are use to it, but recently I have found some issues regarding home delivery by Gati Ltd curriours.
Recently I have ordered a product from myntra which they inform me to be delivered my Gati Ltd. Myntra usually deliveres their products through their own logistics but this time may be cause of some reasons they didn’t.
So first thing is they delivered it very late than normal days and one more thing is that they called me to pick up item from around 3 km away from my home, I insist them to deliver it to my home but they refuse to do so and even said that if you are not coming to pick it up, we’ll return the product. Their behaviour was too rude. I am not at all happy with their service.
