Today im going to share my honest and worst exerience with Gati courier.
I have recently purchased a Vaamsi saree from amazon.com for my mother at a cost of 459/-INR. My package shipped via gati courier from surat and arrived my nearby district withinh 5 days of placing the order .
Now listen the truth carefully-
the very next day I got an update from amazon.com saying that the courier services cann't track your address and your action is required.I instatnly call in amzon and share my issue with their customer service operators.I have updated my address and amazon assured me that they have share my details with corier and I will get my package withing the given time.
Next day again I got the same notification again I call in amazon and repeated the same process.But on THIRD day when the same thing happen I call in gati customer services and share my issue with then they again assured me that I will get pachage within few days.
Believe me this process happend almost a week but unfortaunately I didt't recived my package after trying so many times and my package returned to amazon and they said courier service was not able to track my address.
This whole process is shocking for me because on the same address I have purchased so many things.
Now you can think about their customer service and all the other things.
