Worst courier service ever - "DUR- GATI"

I have had ordered online from Snapdeal, which was to be couriered to me via Gati. They have had received the product on 17th of Dec, 13. But till date the product is not delivered. Docket No: 517098199. The assured delivery date was 23rd Dec.


All they need is time to deliver. Call their zonal office to escalate they ask you to call local office. Call their local office they want you to call some other office. Even that office has no clue of what is happening. Online it shows that the product has moved from Bangalore and reached Pune and back to Bangalore twice.


One fine day they finally admit that there is some problem from their end and the goods have been short. And finally today they call me and say, "Sir we have lost it. Cant do anything talk to Snapdeal." That's it. I mean 10 days later you come back and say you have lost the goods. Great. And you don't have the least courtesy to call up Snapdeal and inform them. When I ask them to mail Snapdeal and me stating the same which will help me take it up with Snapdeal, they dwindle and do not even agree to send a mail.


Horrible!


My advise if ever you order anything online or otherwise make sure you are not partnering with GATI else you will regret. And this is not just my exp many of my friends have had similar reviews about GATI or shall I say they should name their company "DUR-GATI"


They are worse than then the erstwhile Indian Postal system. Just that they charge more than them.
