Gangaram packers and movers worst. Review on Gangaram Packers and Movers, Mumbai

I had booked a tempo for transporting goods from 1 state to another all household items of 1bhk flat. The packer is worst they came late, didn't pack properly and very important we had booked tempo and a pickup was sent to us. Half of the goods were left back because the vehicle was small. The deal was done for 22000 while they added extra charges for handling goods stating building didn't have lift were as we had lifted. They asked us to pay extra for taxes and insurance with no document on insurance after the vehicle left there a demand for money came.

The vehicle with half of the goods was to reach the same day late evening but they were not ready to give us the goods till the full payment of Rs. 27000/- for half of our goods. We gave them part payment and asked them to reach the goods but they were not ready to give us the goods even after receiving half payment. Then we caught hold of the vehicle and we told them to bring all the goods we will make the payment they didn't listen.

Finally, we made payment of 27000/- which was 5000 above the agreed amount and gave him the full amount above the agreed amount for part goods. Then he was to send labors for downloading and when we called the labor is coming but nobody turned out for 3 hours we were standing empty stomach on the road, we couldn't leave him as we were not sure he may run away with the goods. After 3 hours the Gangaram person Raunak stopped taking our call, then we finally hired labours and downloaded the goods paying additional Rs. 2000/-.

The driver was then asking he made a loss by waiting so he was asking money then. We gave him night food and told him to leave. So we paid nearly 30000/- for a pickup vehicle and all goods had scratches, metals bend, wooden articles are broken. It was too much stress and we spent 1 full day for packing and 1 full day in negotiating and getting the goods delivered. Now the goods which are left behind have to be sent separately spending more. I don't know about other packers but the driver was saying all these packers have contacts of transporters and then these transporters have their commission they just connect drivers and get the work done.

Better to find a local vehicle from your area, buy some packing material and hire some labours and get it done at half the price. The truck owners of interstates have connects with drivers of other vehicles they will arrange for it and give them payment once they give you goods. This is my personal experience about Gangaram Packers and Movers never take his service he is worst among the worst. I had requested him so much as my elderly parents and 2-year-old child had shifted and they were quarantined because of COVID 19 requirement so it was so difficult for them to arrange basic food and clothing at the new house but he was deaf and blind to the whole situation and I just want to say he will suffer his karmas.
