Hello friends,
I have been worked for Gadre Marine Company which is loacated in Ratnagiri Distirct. And I have been worked there as a Normal Employee and After 1 year of work period I had leave that job because of low salary.
Salary and Benefits- Gadre Marine company is provide very low budget salary to their Employees but they provide a provident fund and other services to their Employees.
Job Security- When I was working there I have seen 3 Accident of Emplayees which are so much horrible but company has Financially helped those employees and then I realise that this job is not secure anymore.
Career Growth- Career Growth in Gadre Marine is so much lower because as my experience in Gadre Marine within 1 year my post was same and salary was increased from Rs 5500 to 7000 only and this is very less improvement in job growth.
Work Environment- there is almost work is on Mechines and Tools because the comapany is making Sea Food Products.
CEO Rating- The CEO of Gadre Marine is Mr.Arjun Gadre who is son of the founder( Mr.Deepak Panduranaga gadre) of this company. and Mr.Arjun Gadre is not really interested to take care for their Employees and he is not responsible and not also able to post of CEO of Gadre Marine. and He is became the CEO because he is Son of Company Founder so I will give him only 2 stars but Mr.Deepak Gadre( Founder) is really Responsible, Care Taker, and really Awesome person ever I have seen in this Company.
