I have placed an order through Gadget 360 for a Mobile MotoG5S plus under order number O78EADBA60CB0DB401, on 05th Apr Received a call from Courier guy to deliver the product and upon receipt, I was shocked to see the product with entirely in a pathetic condition as a re-boxed mobile and it was nowhere mentioned while placing my order that it will be a refurbished or reboxed anticipating a fresh Product I was shocked after receiving this.
On 05 April 18 called the customer care department again pathetic service spoke with a person Mr. Akash should have employees like to serve customer was so adamant to say as per their Company Policy, I, as a customer should get a certificate from an authorised service centre on that mobile that they have provided, is a used one(with the first switch on date) and(Photos are not a proof for them attached photos for your reference)
On 05 April 18 As I am the customer I was forced to go to a service center to get Gadget 360 employees demand fulfilled. The Service Center People are so surprised to hear this request as their comment was "any school children who see this mobile can able to identify that its a used one and since there is no fault with the mobile they refused to give me a log sheet on the previous usage of mobile.
On 05 April 18 calling back the customer care dept executive things again upside down and I demand to get a refund against the used mobile. they don't have a policy of refund(https://gadgets360.com/shop/page/return-policy)
were the website say refund possible if not satisfied. again customer care department is not in a position to give their manager numbers and it's their back end dept who is going to solve within 48 hours.
GUYS, PLEASE DO GET CHEATED WITH THE ATTRACTIVE PRICE YOU SEE IN GADGETS 360 YOU WILL BE A VICTIM LIKE ME
I REALLY DONT KNOW WHO TO APPROACH FOR A SOLUTION
