Hello everyone, I am using gaana app in my mobile from around 8 months and I am not satisfied with the application . Recently 1 month back I had purchased paid subscription of gaana.com but after that I am unable to download the songs . Whenever I download any song and album, it start showing in the download section but when I click on it after downloading the downloaded sign disappear's from songs's appearance and it start using my mobile internet data for playing and it is not playing when my mobile data is off . The service and support from company toward's there customer is very bad as that they only have email support which is very slow and pathetic because I have to wait for reply and when I was contacted them they always saying to re-install the app but it didn't work at all . Now they don't know how to solve my issue .
