Platform is good, speed is best, But customer care very BAD


Ticket status windows not working, not responding on time, delay resolution, I was created ticket not replying, not showing status, status page shows access denied, I have filled form 2 time for partner not called back. Platform is good, speed is best, But customer care very BAD
