Wanted to move my mutual fund holdings slowly to Fyers since they claim to have pledging facility. Being a derivative trader this sounded good to me .
Transferred some funds to Fyers and placed the order for a fund. The money debited on the spot however the mutual funds unit never appears in the holdings ever.
The order is confirmed however you never get the units credited
Calling, emailing any kind of customer service is useless. They dont respond. When trying to call they make u listen to all the IVRs and then the call drops.
Emails just get the regular bot stating we will revert and that revert will never happen.
Anyway good that I didnt move my trading funds else would have lost that funds too
