Customer service/care is disaster with FYERS, which is basic important to any customer. Fyers initially had tie up with IL&FS for demat account. Now FYERS has their own demat account set up. Now as a customer we have to follow up to close the IL&FS account and transfer the same to FYERS.
But I'm following up this process from April 2020 .but till now this is not resolved.
Whenever I call to FYERS they will inform will arrange call back.which till date I have not received any call back from them.
and top of it IL&FS is charging monthly and AMC charges which is huge.
Simple process of closing IL&FS account and transferring to FYERS is taking almost a year. and as a customer we are in loss because of slow/worst process of FYERS.
