Some days ago on 15th august I recieved a mail from future bazaar for some attractive discount offres one of the offer is on hp printer which is of rs 5740/- (according to them actual MRP of that printer printing on its box is 4671/- only)they are offering discount on their MRP I order that printer on 26th august after full payment from my credit card.
I recieve a mail next day to fax my statement to them otherwise the order cant be executed I talk to their customer care no., which is of bombay (not toll free fully chargable) the executive talk to me is very rude and no knowldge about my problem is to him he told me that amount is only blocked if you dont fax statment it automatically released with in day or two.
I said it is ok for me to not to take any kind of cyber riskso I ask him to cancel my order he tell its ok but very next day I get another mail that your payment is verified and we alrady shipped your product wide blue dart service I think its ok but after 3 days.
When I didnt recieved any printer I again talk to them but they tolf that we have that not in stock so you get that in a weak on 2nd I get my printer wide any srface cargo when I open that printer I come to know that the actual cost of printer is very less aprox 1070/- less they shown in their invice I found my self cheated how can they write mrp of any product rs 1070/- more than its original price when I talk to their representative again they told me that we offer discount thats y we have to charge some more I cant under stand that for giving discount how can they charge more to their customers I feel this company/group is froud dont purchase anything from them
