The storage unit in future ios is 125 GB, 1TB etc. The camera is expected 20 MP in front and 10 MP in back. Processor they might put with advanced version and RAM size is important for phone's performance. So RAM size is expected around 5GB or 6GB in future. Also apple is good in battery it can be around 3000mah in future release.
