Received lounge sofa with broken leg on September 5, 2022. Received a nice replacement today - September 28, 2022. Satisfied now.
However, they need to improve on their communication. The 18002122688 number given in their website does not work. Nobody picks phone at that number. You can try. Sent an email at contact @furnishiaa.com on September 12, 2022 - no response.
The replacement product seems good - received only today. However, remember that while shipping over long distance, the furniture can break. Then you will be in real trouble. You may have a hard time while following up.
