When it comes to soft drinks, I prefer to have either water or a non fizzy drink. Why? The fizzy drinks do sound good initially, but in the long run these could be a problem. How?
For one, the fizzy drinks do not quench your thirst as good as water. Second, the CO2 gas they contain leads eventually to gas formation in the stomach. Thirdly, all the fizzy drinks have no food value except adding unneccessary sugar to our bodies.
This is the reason I like to have fruity drinks like Mango Frooti, fresh and juicy. This is good for the stomach and also gives some food value to the body at the same time quenches the thirst.
The Orange frooti is also good.
