People visit this hospital only due to the famous name of its founder and managing director. He was a good doctor, but now this hospital just needs money. I am ready to pay the money, but they can't give my mother back. Here is my story, if you trust me, you can save a life.
I was in Chennai for Visa interview for my parents. I told to my parents there is a famous doctor here in Chennai, anyways we will not come here again so just do a checkup. I and my mother went to frontier for a checkup, she was having slight breathing problems and headaches. They diagnosed the issue and figured out my mother's heart muscle has more thickness and that blocking the blood to circulate to the brain. This is the information from a cardiologist. Also, they said her breathing problem will go if we do this surgery.
My mother was very scared after hearing this news she was even afraid of small injections. My mother heard a lot about dr. Cherian, so we decided to meet him since my mother can talk to him in Malayalam. He explained to us with a demo. He convinced us he is the only person who diagnosed this issue in India. Nobody can do this surgery, nobody is an expert like him.
We did a basic checkup and went back to Kerala. One day I got a call saying Dr. Cherian is interested in our case. Can u please book the operation date? We booked the operation data, but before that itself, one of the chief radiologists decided to keep a pacemaker for my mother(3 lacks for this). Even before they were diagnosed, this chief cardiologist decided to keep pacemakers.
Operation is done and dr. Cherian communicated operation is a success. She was having very severe breathing problems after the surgery. They are not given proper oxygen masks and they do not have a permanent pulmonology doctor. My mother was suffering a lot and the doctor came after 12.00 midnight.(more than 24hrs). They changed the mask and given some medicine. After two days, she was better, but they didn't move her to the room. 3rd day again, breathing issues, heart rate went up like crazy all the doctors there are very less experienced. they do not know anything. They always have to contact Cherian for small issues, but Cherian not a breathing specialist.
5th-day urine output is very less for my mother the complete body was swelling, and wounds are in many places.
I begged the doctor there to move her to Apollo Hospitals Chennai. They were not ready initially and later agreed after Cherian's Approval. Apollo doctors need a diagnosis report from here and details from the doctors. Doctors from Cherian hopital were not ready to share their diagnosis details. I begged again to a doctor, and she said to share some information over the phone. After 2hrs of effort, we moved her to Apollo.
When I read the diagnosis report, they mentioned my mother has the highest infection in the world septicemia . This happens if the hospital equipment and environments are not clean.
The hospital does not want her to die there. That's the reason they allowed her to move to Apollo.
Anyways They got the money. I am ready to give whatever I have but don't do this to anyone. You are not going to take all the money when U die.
I want to give no star, but there is no option.
