I shall explain how they are looting customers' hardearned money from my recent experience dealing with them.
Customer orders meat online.
They send stale meat arranged from cheap vendors to customers.
Upon usage customer understands he/she has been cheated. Customer raises complaint through app, email. Freshtohome remains silent.
Customer later calls through phone. First they try to do is to deny all charges to prove customer wrong. Upon receiving final warning, they may return 20-30% of bill value.
Net loss to customer and gain to freshtohome is HUGE.
Moral of the observation: there are many other good brands like Licious etc. Always prefer them to this cheat freshtohome in order to utilize your hardearned money judiciously.
