We had an extremely bad experience here. We booked the place for a party( strangely the manager did not asked for payment and said that we have the option to pay 2-3 days before the party). When we visited the place to pay for booking( 2 days before the party), the place looked completely different. The person, whom we met before, was not there(later we came to know that he had quit his job due to some issues). The staff present there said they were completely unaware of the booking and asked higher amount from what we had decided earlier. They said that that whatever the erstwhile manager had committed were no more effective. We asked for the owner's contact information and with extreme hesitation and unwillingness, they provided the number. Even the owner did not sound sorry for whatever had happened.
We left the place and vowed never to return here again
