Some time ago I know about freecharge.it is a really worst site for recharge. All recharges, dTH, bill pay and other recharge done by freecharge . I recently rechrged my phone from freecharge. I do my recharge with my bank account. But after some time I saw my recharge was not done and my rupees also debited from my bank account.
Then I called freecharge customer care but they did not any action on my problem. Finally I lost my rupees. Neither I get my recharge nor my rupees in my bank account.i also suggest to all do not use freecharge for billing and recharges.
