I had an unsuccessful transaction at Freechage for my Data card. I wanted to recharge my data card for 799, it gave me the option to enter the amount of 799, when the amount was deducted,
I got a msg saying this type of recharge is not available and they immediately credited the amount into their So called Freecharge credits.
I emailed them stating I need Refund and until now(almost 3 weeks) nobody is responding to my emails. Their CS is very pathetic. They don't care their customers specially if that customer is having Freecharge credits because they know if he/she is not going to get refund, they will be forcefully recharge again through their website.
