FreeCharge is an online recharge and earning rewards app and this app is only genuine for online recharge but their reward concept is very slow and not useful. Because I have tried many times to get rewarded and recharge online but it never happened for me so the app take too much time to credit reward points in FreeCharge App and thats why this app is not useful at all.
Concept- Their concept is really quite good about Online recharge and Rewards points but as my experience, the App is really not fast for online recharge transactions and their reward system is irritated me so I have stoped to using FreeCharge App.
Layout and Design- FreeCharge App is not looks very attractive cause of it's poor designs and layouts and the background theme's poor orange colour of this App is distract attention of users so this app need some improvements in it's background colour and layout.
Features and Functions- This App has very less amount of features and functions which are not helpful also so This App need some more and Advanced features and functions to make it truely useful and Fast.
Usefulness- I have used this app for only 2 weeks I made some online transactions also but it works very slow for online transactions so it was not helpful and useful for me.
