I visited the aundh branch. It was a truly relaxing experience. The best thing about The Four Fountains is that it makes the first timers very comfortable and help them understand the spas better. They have a benefit based menu with 3 broad benefits - relaxation, well-being and beauty. Within these are sub-sections that talk about specific benefits like physical tiredness, age-defying etc. Also, each sub-section is also recommended for people with various lifestyles. Thus, choosing a spa therapy and how frequently you need to come has all been simplified. I don't know if any other spa does this.
I chose swedish therapy as I was very tired after travelling. The massage was wonderfully relaxing. The therapist was very nice and well-mannered. The staff at the front office was very friendly and courteous. I think these guys are very professional. Plus the prices are a big yes. I got a massage at Rs. 700. They have slightly higher prices on weekend(I think it is close to 900) but it is still value for money given the service levels
The spa remains pretty full and thus it is advisable to book at least one day in advance. I think they need to increase the capacity as getting the appointment for the same day was pretty difficult.
Have a great time.
