I have purchased fossil watch on 03-Apr-23 & I'm facing the problem with in 14 months & I have 2 years warranty of the product as per the module FTW7007 but the authorized service center saying only 1 year warranty but I have given the proof of 2y warranty of the product & I have sent the mail to service team but they have not agree & not giving the proper response from fossil.
There is only one city we have to take service in karnataka & also we have to spend entire day to take service, I have visited 3 times to fossil service & I have spent 2000rs for travel. There are giving 6800/- estimation instead of free service
I will take necessary action if my warranty issue is not addressed.
