Fortune Park vacation - BIG SCAM - No option to select 0 rating - My Membership: FPV00830
I have purchased their Studio Package on May 2022 and I was told it is valid for 10 Years. Every year 6 nights / 7 days hotel booking including breakfast. The hotels will be of 4Star / 5Star. I have paid 1.66 Lakhs.
Couple of days back I tried to book my first holiday to Srinagar from them and they have shared a hotel which is not 4star / 5star. Upon following up through emails multiple times as I am not happy with the options, they provided another hotel which is not so great. Along with that, they are charging 11500 RS as Annual maintenance change as 8300RS (which is not suppose to be paid even before completing first 7 days this year) and Breakfast 3200RS (which they told it will be always complementary because they will only provide 4start / 5start hotel)
Their sales persons clearly told the hotels will be of reputed companies and shown us the fortuneparkvacation application which showed all great hotels in every location. Now they are offering some hotel which is not worth of. I am trying to book my hotel 45 days before and still they provide cheap hotels.
I have requested for a refund of the membership, as per their refund policy I have not even utilised one day from my membership. (Their policy is to apply refund within 5 days of first stay ). They made me call them 20 times in couple of days to get the refund acknowledgement and now they are asking time of 4 working days which makes no sense.
Their customer support person shared his manager "Ria" number and she don't pick the call at all. Every single day exactly by 6 PM they respond with email as they provided best property available as they close business by 6 PM and we have to wait for next morning 11 AM which is disgusting.
I am attaching the screenshots of the email conversation of what charges they asked and hotels they provided.
My sincere request to all, not to take this membership, keep your family and friends informed about not purchase fortune park vacation. The charges they do for breakfast and annual maintenance are 70 to 75 % of the actual cost of the hotels they provide. I am making consumer complaints on them like many of other customers done. Visit the consumer complaints page on them before you read shining reviews from google. Out of 100, they make 10 happy customers for google reviews with pics.
