I am another victim of FPV and purchased membership during presentation.
If some one really looking for membership, It's not a bad company as I am getting bookings last 6 months but not up to mark and as per expectation.
Sales team explained good part and promised all possible things to sale membership.
After seeing all 5 hotels during presentation, we trapped as sale person shown us all 15K worth properties. But in actual till now never got property more than 5K worth all are Ok OK properties(Accept 1st booking, and getting on requested date also a big challenge)
Sales person promised to give Ritz carlton booking, but when I requested. I did not received. Then I ask give me any date in this year. They told we don't give availability as per customer choice etc.
I am sending email for GOA booking last 3 months for 24 Dec to 30 Dec, but getting reply "Window is not open" some times got reply like "SOLD OUT"
Once we call support they will give new date to send email.
So really tuff time to get vacation as per our dates.
Still you are planning to buy, Make sure:
-Take everything in written. DON'T trust sales persons, as they will promised all things to sale membership and once you paid. You will be nothing for them and do not get any help if you find any different things what has been explained during session.
Reservation team is working as per contract and from different planet. No coordination between sales team and them.
Reservation team is not working what we have seen during presentation and our expectation as per presentation.
I am getting booking as per their terms and conditions so I have to flexible every time with my dates and properties.
As I am planning for Maldives then my expectation is to stay 1-2 nights in water villa(what I have seen during presentation) but now they are telling they don't have any water Villa property in Maldives.
Which is really heart breaking :(
During presentation, those water Villas was my 1 of the reason to buy membership, but now I can't do anything and not getting any help from anyone.
Only 1st Booking sales team will help and once you gave 5 rating, after that they will not answer your call.
- Hotel options getting below 6K range only, I am not getting booking in those properties, what I have seen in presentation(all 15K+ range),
Those are just trap for me and will be for you also.
- Record entire discussion so we can use this as a proof(not sure if useful)
- Best way to own your vacation:
Invest 2 Lakhs and if you are getting 10% return also you will have 20K return in a year and in India 20 K enough to get all these hotels what I am getting as a member.
And 2Lakhs still you amount,
But as a member I have already paid and not going to get back now. So I lost my entire amount and additionally, I need to pay maintenance charges every year around 8K.
Calculation will be:
with 10% return, we can get 20K
20k+8k=28K and if you add yearly amount 20K(2Laksh/10 years)
Total 48K which will be enough to get good hotels out of India
Still you have your 1.8L in your account
I wish, I could have done this calculation before buying membership :(
Please think 100 times before buying such membership and protect your money from such vacation providers.
