Fortis hospitals are one of the best hospitals accross the country in the recent times. But the fortis hospital, vasant kunj new Delhi fails to provide some great service.
I had gone there about one week ago for the checkup of my grandfather. The queue in the reception was so long so I waited for my turn in the line.
But I saw that some members of the staff were asking to give them money so that they might be out of the queue without any problem. I was shocked by seeing this kind of attitude of the staff.
The treatment of the patients are also not so good according to its fees. Overall it is not a good hospital. I am giving one out of the five stars to the fortis hospital, vasant kunj.
