Few years back I have purchased this car for my family use. this purchase was the worst purchase of my life. the car interior as well as exterior both are made of very low quality material the car is not suitable for rough and tough use. the interior look is also not that stylish as compared to other cars in the market. few days back my car engine has started making heavy sound and there is a leakage of oil from the engine I have also complaint regarding this to company but company mechanics have failed to solve my issue and now whenever I call the company they reject my call so as per my experience the service & support of company is extremely poor.
even the road grip of car is not that good as compared to other cars in the market sometimes it becomes difficult to travel by this car on wet road conditions because this car slips very much. the leg room of car is also very poor the leg room is very much consisted it is not suitable for a good height person to easily adjust in the car. the poor leg room of car makes the car uncomfortable as well. it is not comfortable to travel for long distance by this car because the hard leather seats of car gives back pain during travelling. even the ac of car is also of very poor quality it takes so long to cool the cabin of car. not only ac cooling is the concern but the foully smell that ac releases along with cooling is also so disappointing.
company claims that car gives mileage of 18 kmpl but in my case the car gives mileage of just 12-13 kmpl only which is not satisfactory. even the dealer satisfaction was also very poor. the company dealers do not provide proper after sales service they treat good during the sales but after sales they are very rude to the customers and they do not listen complaints properly so dealer satisfaction was very poor. I will also appeal the company to give more focus on car interior as well as exterior quality also. overall this car has disappointed me very much as per my experience this car is not so reliable for long term use and it has no value for money as well. so I do not recommend this car to anyone because of its poor quality.
