My Ford Figo Aspire engine was seized in Low level of water, Although other cars passed easily in lighter rain. Despite of mail to Ford USA/Ford India Top management, I does not get satisfactory resolution.
I wonder how engine can be seized in such low level of water and that was first rain for my vehicle which was not even completed 3 months at the time of Seizure.
Also Today, more than 4 months passed, following Dealer and Ford India, but not even get my exchange bonus.
So big No for Ford. Even Top Management is not responding at all. They are even deleting my comments from FB.
The body of Ford Aspire in rusted in 3months. Sharing Pics taken at the time of Engine Seizure. I have shared these pics too for Ford Top Management, but for no use.
Poor Product and worst Services.
