I purchased this car in the last week of December was assured that under Delhi South Delhi Posh area where I normally drive with little congestion it would definitely give more than 12-14 km to Litre. I have undergone very torturous and indifferent response to my woes. When Last sent it was it was returned with a certificate of over 18 km to a litre. .
After driving it for another 154 km when I topped my fuel tank it was giving only 6.3 km to a litre. I am saddled with probably worst vehicle on Indian road in the name of top of the range vehicle from Ford . I am cursing the day I took the decision to go for the-vehicle.
Their Customer Support is pathetic and indifferent compared to Maruti Sujuki and Hundai the two company vehicle I am still using.
