Force NXT ATHLEISURE SHORTS style # AL-551 brown color, MFD 04/2024 COL: ASSORTED leaving color even after five washes with color becoming less intense but there in good amount, Useless company, nonsense staff, and corrupt attitude to earn money only

I bought one FORCE NXT ATHLEISURE SHORTS style# AL-551 COL: ASSORTED(a footpath quality low product, cheap and junk in actuality because a quality product of a good brand will not keep on leaving color even after five washes in plain cold water), MRP 619 from Shri Shyam Cloth House, A -1, Patel Garden, New Delhi on July 19, 2024.

The assorted shorts(one quantity) are exerting so much force outside in water that they are leaving color even after five washes, and your useless Customer Care staff member, R C Singh, doesn't have any proof that these AL-551 ASSORTED COL shorts are leaving color at my place because the water, bucket, and my style of washing the clothes, which I use for other clothes that don't leave color, are all faulty, but not the Force NXT shorts.

The Customer Care Department is a harassment department. I was ready to share the picture of the shorts showing the print of the details and the packing sheet with the printed content of the shorts with the model(person), rate sticker, hologram, office address details, etc. Mr. R C Singh unnecessarily wasted my time by making me go to the shopkeeper and then telling me that the shopkeeper was genuine(Retailer) as if I was a fraud and raising a wrong complaint because I had tons of time to waste in making fake complaints in return of no incentive for the same.

If I was showing a pic of the mentioned short with its details printed in white color on the shorts, visible in the pic, and the water in which it was washed leaving color then why it can't be treated as proof that Force NXT shorts is a piece of crap and junk and the company cheated me of Rs. 541(I paid Rs. 1082 for 2 shorts to Shri Shyam Cloth House while the other short was of different company and didn't leave any color).

You people are all frauds as no QC and quality check was done for this style, and it is impossible that the piece given to me only leaves color even after five washes(color fading away and becoming light but water becoming colored in which it is washed).

The company thinks I have no other work but to keep washing it 20-30 times, and maybe it will stop leaving color.

Is it the same as the other AL-551, COL: ASSORTED, MFD 04/2024, 80-85 cm M shorts?

I wasted time writing this feedback because you all run a cheap company manufacturing footpath-type products. You then blame the customer for washing the cloth wrongly and tell him to send it to you at their expense, with no surety that the product from your side is genuine.

Otherwise, show me proof that the other shorts of the same type, color, and brand are okay in color. R C Singh didn't have any proof and wanted me to courier the piece as if I had money to waste on shipping junk and then waiting for junk again, which leaves color.

Why is it my responsibility to courier a junk cloth that cost me about Rs. 541 so that you people can test it(Didn't you do testing earlier?) and with no guarantee of return of shorts or my time, which has been wasted in five washes, the cost of the shorts, three visits to the shop, interaction, and courier?
