I cannot believe I waited for a Hour and 20 minutes over for an Online delivery from Burger King Kothrud for the Shittiest Burger I have ever eaten and more over the Shittiest service these people provide.
Order details - Paneer King Melt Rs 119 and Potato Tots 29 Rs - With a Total of Service Tax 6%(Dunno how)+ VAT+ Delivery fee - Order Amount Total Rs 204.
Ordered from Food Panda - Sunday 4 PM - Order gets Confirmed at 4.10 pm - Expected delivery in 45 mins i.e 4.55 PM. Food panda blinks a message'is your order received? YES / NO. I clicked NO. I get a response - We are investigating the delay, and will call back after 10 minutes. I wait 15 minutes, no response
Its 5.15 PM, I do not receive any call nor from the Restaurant nor Food panda about the order. I call the, Customer care. Customer care apologizes in generous amounts and comes up with the brilliant answer of Sorry the Restaurant is busy and there are no enough delivery boys around. But it will be delivered by next 10-15 mins. I receive the order after 20 mins, at around 5.35 pm.
After opening the delivery carton, I am disappointed as HELL for wasting money over the shittiest piece of food assembled together. I respect food and surely not the one who names it. But I wasted my 200 bucks on THIS? A Burger patty assumed to be made of Paneer, but IT WASNT was wrapped in two bun s with Exactly 3 thin slices of jalapeno/ Pickle. with a sorry dash of some orange color sauce, I want to think of it as Mayo which I am sure was rubbed by hands on that patty. The size of the Burger was smaller than the Burger we get a McDonalds small size Burger for McAloo. And the Potato tots, I dont want to talk about them.
Me being a Huge Burger fan and have tasted at most places, I have eaten at Burger King FC road, but the experience with Kothrud Burger KIng was horrid and will forever haunt me. I will never take a chance with Burger king and shall rather go to the Burger Barn cafe near to it. I am not trying to advertise McDonalds or Burger barn, but for me Value for my money is of utmost Importance and I am very disappointed and saddened by the treatment of Kothrud Burger King.
