Let me give you a brief overview of my latest visit to Kerala by one of the worst travel company FLYZONE Ventures.
Tour Duration: 6 Nights 5 Days (5 Families)
Day 1 - Cochin
Day 2 - Cochin to Munnar via Arthipally Waterfalls
Day 3 - Munnar sightseeing
Day 4 - Munnar to Thekaddy
Day 5 - Alleppey Boat house (Punamada)
Day 6 - Cochin Airport drop
1. At the time of booking I have clearly explained him that 5 males will go to Sarbimala and return after Dharshan at the midnight meanwhile 5 females will stay in the hotel. After reaching to hotel we came to know that only 2 rooms were booked. When we spoken with agency person he is saying that we thought you people will return in the morning so we have booked only 2 rooms. I have robbed for 11000 extra for another 2 rooms. They should have minimum commence that how 14 people will sleep in 2 rooms and use 2 bathrooms to fresh up in the morning.
2. Checkout from hotel and started to Munnar via Arthirapally waterfalls. At 2 pm we started from waterfalls and reached to Munnar at 9:15 pm in the night. Usually it will take 4 hrs to reach Munnar but it took 10 hrs for us due to vehicle condition and worst driver. Due to this we missed all the sightseeing. Day 2 wasted with travelling.
3. As per the plan we need to start with dam sightseeing’s but driver misguided us and allotted Jeep trucking so we missed national park which is one of the famous place in Munnar.
4. Checkout from hotel and started to Thekaddy from Munnar at 8:45 am and reached at 2:45 pm. Usually it will take 4 hrs but it took 6 hrs for us due his driving. Due to this we have missed the House boating in Thekaddy. There is a online booking option for house boating it seems but these travel agency and driver don’t inform us which there is aware of this. We just travelled to sleep in the hotel.
5. Check out from hotel and started to Alleppey house boat from Thekaddy at 8:35 am and reached at 2:30 pm. Usually it will take 3 hrs but it took 6 hrs for us due his driving. As per the Itinerary we have selected premium boat but after check-in no neatness on the bed and floor, full of cockroaches and no proper maintenance. When we checked with agency person they is no proper response and speaking rudely.
When we spoke with the agency person he is telling that he is the best driver and best vehicle in our travel agency. I would not recommend this travel agency if you are travelling to Kerala.
In the last 5 days instead of covering the places we are travelling the places. We are group of 5 families don’t have time to speak each other in the hotel and can’t spend leisure time at hotel. Every day we use to woke up at 5 am and get ready to travel another place because of this worst driver and vehicle
I urge all travelers planning any kind of trip to Kerala, not to use this travel agency and have never ever seen such a low level of professionalism!
And also after reading this review, when you will get back to them they will provide you wrong statement that this has been uploaded by their revalries. Please please do not go with their false statements!!!
It's better to plan your own vacation than to be fooled by these moths.
In short, I will not recommend this travel agency at all.
