CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS!!. Review on Flyrobe

Flyrobe.com is an online shopping site for both, men and women. I am a big fan of online shopping and I find it very convinient way of shopping so I use to visit different sites to checkout thier products, I recently checked Flyrobe and found it very interesting, the products were looking good and eye-catching so I ordered a blazer from there. I would sadly like to add that the customer service is very poor as compared to the other good sites like amazon and flipkart, they delivered the product after a long span of time and when I recieved the product it was not exactly the same as it was looking in the image they uploaded on website, colour was faded and cloth quality is very poor, I am highly dissatisfied with Flyrobe and won't ever waste my time and money there. I contacted customer care but they did'nt gave me any proper respose, their customer service and product quality is worst. I wont recommend any of you to shop there when you have such good options like myntra , flipkart and amazon.THANKYOU. JAI HIND.
