Flyrobe is India is only clothing rental space, even though there are more website but the collection of flyrobe is pretty super and very helpful.
Begnning to all super things of flyrobe:
the product which I ordered was a Raymond two pieces suit, all the content of the suit were received exactly the same and was pretty super. the quality of the suit and the shirt was pretty amazing 5/5 for that only thing they cloud have added was a block tie.
:- so product quality: 5/5
:- customer service - 1/5 had to wait for 20 mins to get my query solved and the help chat system of the flyrope app was not at all useful no relpy nothing
:- delivery timeliness - 1/5 had ordered a day prior to my event, got it delivered three hours before the event I had lost hope for my suit farnkly talking. no timely delivery delivers at the last moment.
:- App & website - pretty super 3.5/5 but their referral system does not work still waiting for my Rs 600 referral amount.
:- Reliability - 3/5 product whould be pretty wonderful but delivery cant guarantee upon.
