Do not order from these cheats and liars. They will take your money and not deliver.
I ordered flowers to be delivered to the Taj Gateway hotel on 14th Feb for my wife who was to check in later that day.
There was on delivery the that day or the next day either.
When I checked they said that they tried calling and since they didn’t a response they couldn’t deliver.
My wife has missed call alerts and she did not receive any such calls while she was on flight.
Floweraura was lying about it.
It’s a hotel and the hotel lobby manager as well as gate security was told to accept the flowers which they said they would happily do.
Floweraura didn’t even try to deliver it.
When I wrote to them they lied about the attempted delivery.
When I said I would take this up they were stupid enough to say they would deliver it on another date. As if my wife is going to stay in the hotel forever and that Valentine’s Day is any day of the month.
Avoid this company like the plague.
I will be complaining to the consumer court about them.
