Flipkart and Amazon are the leading e commerce websites. Talking about their comparison, it becomes very clear why there are so many negative sentiments around FlipkartFrom my personal experience, I can tell that Flipkart has definitely disappointed me. Not once but multiple times.
Once I order POCO F4 from flipkart and the delivery came after 25 days od expected date of delivery. For those 25 days , I have contacted their team every single day and they all have same excuse that we will talk to our senior.
Also they have a lot issues regarding the exchange policy. First of all they do not accept the old device by making any kind of excuses. Then if they accept, they will reduce the qouted price and we will have to pay extra price to get our product.
So overall I would conclude that Amazon or any other offline store is alot better. But if you get killer deals on flipkart then you can go for it but make sure you have patience to deal with all kind of nonsense they are going to bring.
