Worst customer service worst and cheating and false information.
I bought new Lenovo A6000 mobile on 25 Mar 2015, in the flipkart website said clearly Dual 4G sim card but it has only one 4G sim and other slot has not even 4G nor 3G. and it has only 2G. Hence I have requested to take the phone and return my money. Request has been accepted and executive yet to collect the phone, when ever I call customer care, our technical team will call you in next 24hours, 2 hours, 4 hours. and they least bother to call and collect the phone.
I have also requested them, if they have any new mobile which has dual 4G sim so I can pay extra amount to buy that. no response.
I request everyone not to buy any product from Flipkart coz they are cheaters and false info providers., now they are already losing the customers and soon they close the shop if same continuous.
