Leaving flipkart forever, worst online experience

Even after having a previous bad experience with Flipkart I thought of giving it another try and I ordered a refrigerator(order ID OD112783342852172000) after that I realized they shipped it through the infamous "delhivery", then I thought maybe I won't face a bad experience.


Order Date: Sat, Jul 7th,


Dispatched from item location(Hyderabad): 10th July


Shipment reached the nearest hub: 11th July


even after 4 days of shipment reaching the nearest hub and numerous complaints to the customer care(even informed Flipkart of the same) they kept on saying " your product will be delivered within 24 hours ".


When I tried to contact the local delivery hub people they were very unprofessional as they kept saying things like "I'm on leave somebody else may deliver your package tomorrow, I thought it was a TV since its a refrigerator it's not in my delivery list maybe someone else will deliver it"


Finally, this one guy admitted that the package is actually there with them and they were not able to deliver it because what they have is a 'TATA ace' and they don't have any other vehicle appropriate to make the delivery, and they talked like they have no idea what they were going to do.


Finally, I decided to cancel my order that's when I realized my ordeal is not over yet,


Flipkart has the policy where they will only initiate refund once the package is back with the seller.


I haven't even got the package and I have to wait for I don't know how long just to get the refund of the product which I didn't even receive.


I regret my decision of not going with Amazon as they had a slightly higher selling price for the same product, now I realize the higher price would have been worth It.


Leaving Flipkart for making me face the worst online shopping experience I ever had.
