Flipkart Support team is made of bunch of liars. Review on Flipkart

This was my second split ac purchased along with installation service through Flipkart. During installation, the Flipkart installation technician noticed a very weird noise coming at irregular intervals from AC's outdoor unit. He tried fixing that but couldn't achieve success. He concluded that AC's Outdoor Unit is faulty and suggested we log a ticket for replacement. We raised a complaint with the Flipkart team within a specified time limit for replacement as per policy and they assured me that after a senior technician visit replacement will take place.

This time Hitachi technician visited & after inspection, he told us the AC outdoor sound is normal, nothing abnormal in there & also installation is done by the Flipkart arranged technician having no issue at all. However, we still insisted on a replacement as we were not satisfied with their judgment. After his visit, one more issue started coming, the split ac room unit starts leaking water on the floor for the coming few days and the ac sound issue was as it is.

I raised the complaint again with the Flipkart team and they assured me that they will help me to replace it and they again arranged a Hitachi technician visit. He visited and after seeing the water leakage issue he told me that installation is not properly done and they wanted us to pay extra for fresh installation to fix the water leakage issue and he can't do anything for the sound problem. I refused to pay the amount as equivalent to fresh installation for fixing the water leakage issue, I contacted his Hitachi supervisor of the area and after that, he did a temporary fixing of the issue without doing proper drilling, and now ac unit is unstable. The very next day again water leakage happened & now noticing AC is also not doing cooling of the room properly.

I again raised the issue with the Flipkart team and they were again like no need to worry sir, will help you to solve your grievance. To date, I am just doing back & forth and nothing happened. I am running from post to pillar to get this substandard product replaced. Flipkart makes it mandatory to get the installation service from them else, the warranty will get revoked.

Going by my experience, no one should ever purchase AC and the installation service from Flipkart. Attaching some of the photographs as evidence.

Still waiting for this faulty unit to get replaced. Why Flipkart is not taking ownership of the issue and helping the customer with the resolution. A local shopkeeper provides better service than brands like Flipkart.
