This year only in the month of july I ordered my new phone moto e4 plus. Got it delivered in time. No issues with delivery and ordering and order management.
But soon the next day I figured that the phone's microphone is not working and so the person at the other end of call cannot hear me. Realizing the problem I complaint about it using the app telling them that mic is not working. They told me that there technician will contact me on a particular date. First day I waited and no call came and instead I received sms that they will call me next day. Next day the call came. It was some lady who told me to check for updates and restore the factory settings to solve the problem. While talking to her I was sure that she don't know anything about smartphones. It was just a job given to her to tell this and this to the person on call for this and that problems.
My problem remained unsolved and so I again complaint about the issue they saud that they will call me on a particular time. But I was in class and couldn't answer it. So they send me another sms that they will contact me on some other particular day at particular time. Again I was unable to accept the call due to some reason.
They again send me a sms telling that they will again try to contact me on a particular date and time. But this time no call came. I waited for hours and waited few more days nothing happened. Tried to call customer care so many times which always says all lines are busy pls call back later.
I have given up contacting them and decided to go to nearest moto store with this issue.
