Recent days flip kart became so famous because of BIG BILLION DAY offers but on the other hand the complaints on flip kart is also becoming high this is because flip kart has given option sell with us to the dealers where dealers can directly post there product on flip kart and they can sell there product in this flip kart gets its commission this made the service bad.
Because all the dealers(sellers) are not trust-able some send fake product to the customer where flip kart will be blamed for poor service. this is happening a lot but the real mistake is not on flip kart its by the dealer.once I ordered a MI power bank and with in 3 days I found it was a fake one then I raised a complain against flip kart the money back was a big trouble then at last I got my money back. one of my friend works
