I have cancelled and returned the order as the delivery executive denied for card payment and when proposed for a cash payment he did not furnish me proper change in return and was rude telling if you pay you get the order else will return the shipment.
After this I got a call for apologies and asking me to re-order the same product again, but the delivery executive called me in the meanwhile saying that he will deliver the order tomorrow. I do not understand why there is no proper communication. Flipkart is just a brand name service not appreciated. He is charged me for delivery but did not come to the doorstep.
